Home Sleep Apnea Test

If you suspect that you have obstructive sleep apnea, your diagnosis should be confirmed by discussing your symptoms with your doctor and then having an overnight sleep test. You can review the most important symptoms by clicking here to go to our questionnaires page and completing the snoring and sleep apnea questionnaire. In general, sleep apnea diagnosis requires an overnight sleep test. While this is often performed in a special facility called a sleep laboratory, we offer a home sleep test known as a Watch-PAT that allows you to be tested in the comfort of your own bed. Some insurance companies do not pay for this test; in those cases, you may have your test in a traditional sleep laboratory.
